Event Description

Explore a seasonal, locally sourced vegetarian-focused menu (with a few, minimally processed meat items available from the grill).  This dinner series features special live action chef stations, and beautifully decorated displays. Remember: we eat first with our eyes, and this array will not disappoint any of your senses. More details as the date draws near!

Our flexitarian dinner on 11/30 will feature a presentation on a new course offered this spring: ENV 200 (The Environmental Nexus: Climate, Food, Biodiversity and Water).    Professor Stephen Pacala will be our special guest at dinner to give a brief overview on this new course at 6:30 pm.  He will be available in the Special Dining Room (SDR) from 6:35 to 7 pm to answer questions.

Forbes fellows will also be providing live music for the evening.  Please join us!
