Hello all! I’m Beatriz Alcala-Ascencion and I’m from Norristown, Pennsylvania. At Princeton, I have had the opportunity to explore and expand my passions particularly those of traveling, photography, reproductive agency, and Latin American studies. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, trying new foods, going on long walks, watching novelas, and spending time with my family. This upcoming academic year, I’m looking forward to being a PAA so I can (hopefully) provide the same sense of comfort and relief my own PAA provided during stressful times.
