I’m Dan—a 6th year in the economics department. I grew up in Tampa, FL and Goode, VA (bonus points if you’ve heard of it!) before attending Brown University for my undergraduate degree. After graduation I spent a couple of years as a researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York before enrolling in the economics PhD program here at Princeton. Since arriving at Princeton, I’ve worked on a variety of applied-micro related topics ranging from higher education to consumer finance. Outside of research, I’m a big fan of running/cycling (just completed my first triathlon!), flag football, and lowbrow cinema.
Feel free to stop by and say hi—looking forward to meeting the whole Forbes crew!
