Sak pase?! Welcome to Forbes! I am Gil Sander Joseph (he/him) - a Senior from Port-au-Prince (Haiti). I am majoring in Sociology with minors in Latin American Studies and French. By the end of the year, I will have lived in Forbes during my entire tenure at Princeton, so I guess that will make me part of the committed Forbes elite (or perhaps those who felt too scared to dare leave the nest - it is all about perspective!)
This is my second year as a Forbes RCA. I have served as the 2025 Class President for the past two years, and as President of the African Students Association last year. So if you are ever thinking about getting more involved on campus, I am your guy! I am always happy to talk about what that is like!
In my free time, you’ll catch me biking around campus, competitively playing fußball in the game room, or enjoying video games with friends. I am always down for a game of Fifa (and that is a problem!). Serving as RCA has been of the most meaningful things I have ever gotten the opportunity to do, so I mean it when I say you can reach out anytime. I will always make time to hangout or chat whether you are one of my (amazing) Zees or not.
See you around!
