Hervé Goerger was born in Reunion Island and spent most of his life in French oversea territories. As a Graduate Student in the Department of French and Italian, his research focuses on our relationship to animals in the writing of the otherness. He joined L'Avant-Scène in his first semester at Princeton and has been a theater enthusiast for years. He was also an English teacher in France and he took classes in Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic ; come practice languages with him!
