Hey Forbes-friends!

I'm a second year graduate student with the Woodrow Wilson School studying public and international affairs. I'm particularly interested in peace processes, governance, refugee issues and social justice/resistance movements. My last two jobs were accompanying churches in Colombia in their grassroots peacebuilding ventures and as a community organizer in Northern Virginia.

I grew up as a third culture kid, ie moving around a lot. I'm French-American and have spent several years living in France, Mauritania, Israel/Palestine and Colombia, all of which have taught me a ton about the world. These places have imbued me with a love of the call to prayer, salsa dancing, and good food. Moving so much has also given me a huge amount of experience transitioning between different contexts. If you're moving from your home-place for the first time, or if the transition feels overwhelming at any point, I have tips, stories, and a listening ear! Also if you want to practice your French or Spanish, I got you.

I love running, hiking, singing, game nights and getting to know new people! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all in particular and would love to share from any of my experiences that you're interested in! :)
