Student Technology Consultants: VIRTUAL SUPPORT!
Students now have their own dedicated support line when calling the OIT Support and Operations Center (SOC). Dial 609-258-4357 (HELP) and select option #1 to be routed to the OIT Tech Clinic. Tech Clinic staff and OIT trained Student Technology Consultants (STCs) are available from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM eastern, Monday – Friday.
Students may also use our online text chat for real time Tech Clinic support during the same hours. To open a chat session, click the link below and scroll to the “Information Technology” section. Select ‘CHAT’ and click the ‘Student Support’ button.
STCs may also be contacted for assistance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no charge for contacting the OIT Tech Clinic or the STCs.
